Cancellation and Refund Policy
Course Cancellation
HDTC Training and Consulting reserves the right to cancel a training course or change its name, location, or consultant up to five working days prior to the course start date. Participants registered for the cancelled course are entitled to a full refund of the amount they paid to HDTC for the cancelled course. In such cases, HDTC will not be liable for any money paid to cover other course expenses such as travel, hotel reservations, agency fees, or cancellation penalties.
Cancel Registration
Customers unable to attend the course for which they are registered must notify HDTC of their inability to attend in writing at least 7 calendar days prior to the course start date. Failure to do so will result in a no-show fee of 50% of the course fee. If the program is canceled within 48 hours of the course start date, the customer will be subject to the full program fee.
Refund Policy
In the event of course cancellation or registration cancellation by the HDTC Center, the amounts paid will be refunded within one calendar week, using the same method the customer used to pay (cash, credit card, or bank transfer).

Traders are responsible for any and all taxes imposed in their countries.
